Cousins Piper, Jack, Willow and Kit are delighted to discover that their massive mansion is magical! It might be lockdown, and they might be trapped in a new and unfamiliar house, but what does it matter when this is what you find there:

Piper, Jack, Willow and Kit have just moved into an enormous, old house, where strange things are everywhere and nothing is as it seems. As they begin to explore their new home, things quickly move from mundane and boring to magical and exciting – a silver statue of a dog comes to life, an orchard grows unusual fruit, and an old book draws its own map – showing treasure… The four cousins immediately begin the search.
Then their adventures take a turn… Behind a door in the attic they discover a desert island, and on that island are a one-armed sailor and a stolen boy. In the ship nearby sails the wicked, dangerous, child-stealing Bad Babs, the Witch Of The Seas, whose magical fingers can sense gold.
Babs can sense the Merryshields treasure – and the children. Can the children rescue their new friends and save Merryshields (and themselves) before it’s too late?
