Meditations

The busier my life gets, the more important meditation becomes to me, and the harder I work to make time to fit it in. Sometimes that means it’s five minutes while I’m sitting in the car waiting for school to finish, or ten minutes at bedtime that I know I’ll be asleep for half of. The amount of better it makes me feel is immeasurable. When I was a teenager, my mum used to say (I can’t remember who she said the quote originally came from), “You should meditate for 20 minutes a day, unless you’re too busy. Then you should meditate for an hour.”

For some of you, it will translate directly to financial wealth. For others, it will help to heal a scarcity mindset, and begin to accept the Abundance present in all areas of life. These practices will call your soul to release constrictions on your Abundance. They will allow you space and time for your healing work. They offer multiple ways to help you access your inner self, and understand what it is that you need to work with. Perhaps you will discover that you had an experience in childhood that coloured your perception of abundance, such as parents who told you often that there wasn’t enough money, or a time when you weren’t able to receive a gift or treasure. We can’t heal what we can’t see; these practices offer a way to find your blocks, and to release them, too.
