When the Stars, the Breath, and the Page Meet

There’s a rhythm to creative work that mirrors the sky. Some seasons ask us to gather ideas quietly, like a waxing moon building toward fullness. Others ask us to release what’s no longer serving the story – or the self.

Lately I’ve been noticing how much my astrology practice, my meditation work, and my writing all lean on the same skill: paying attention without forcing an outcome. When I sit with a client’s chart, I’m not predicting a fixed fate – I’m reading potential, timing, and tendency. When I guide a meditation or tap through an EFT sequence, I’m helping someone meet what’s already there instead of pushing it away. And when I sit down to write, the best pages come the same way – by listening rather than gripping too tightly to the plan.

If you’re feeling stuck in any part of your life right now, it might not be a sign to push harder. It might be an invitation to pause, breathe, and ask what’s actually ready to move.
